The work

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, feedback coordination, and offer follow-up.
  • Understand hiring requirements and collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to identify suitable candidates.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines using job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other relevant channels.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide timely updates on hiring progress.
  • Support employee interactions, HR documentation, client coordination, and routine business consulting activities.
  • Contribute ideas to improve hiring workflows, candidate experience, and recruitment reporting.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday | 2nd & 4th Saturday Off

Working Hours: 9:30 AM–6:30 PM / 10:00 AM–7:00 PM / 10:30 AM–7:30 PM

The selected candidate will receive an annual salary in the range of ₹2.5 lakh to ₹3.5 lakh, depending on relevant experience and suitability for the role.

  • 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, human resources, talent acquisition, or a related consulting role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, people-oriented approach.
  • Good organisation, follow-up, prioritisation, and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions and interact confidently with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and sound judgement when handling confidential information.
  • This is a full-time, in-office position based in Goregaon, Mumbai.
