About the role

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day Human Resources activities across recruitment, employee onboarding, HR administration, employee relations, attendance, performance management, benefits administration, and separation processes.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on HR experience, strong communication and administrative skills, and the ability to independently coordinate multiple HR activities while maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring adherence to company policies.

The work

Key Responsibilities

• Manage talent acquisition, candidate screening and recruitment coordination.
• Handle new hire onboarding and employee orientation.
• Maintain employee records, documentation and HR databases.
• Monitor attendance, leave records and HR reporting.
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures.
• Administer employee benefits, health plans and HR policies.
• Coordinate performance management and employee development activities.
• Manage resignation, exit formalities and PF-related processes.
• Maintain and communicate company HR policies and employee handbook updates.

Who they want

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a generalist HR role covering recruitment and HR operations.
• Candidates must have hands-on experience across the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and separation
