Responsibilities • Assist with sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for open positions. • Maintain recruitment trackers, interview schedules, and employee records with accuracy. • Support onboarding activities, documentation, internal communication, and HR administration. • Coordinate with hiring managers and help ensure a smooth candidate and employee experience. • Contribute to engagement initiatives, HR reports, and process-improvement projects. Requirements • Suitable for freshers who are interested in starting a career in human resources. • Strong communication, organisation, follow-up, and interpersonal skills. • Basic proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and common office productivity tools. • A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, discretion, and attention to detail. • Ability to work full-time from the Bangalore office for the three-month internship. The internship offers a monthly stipend of ₹10,000 to ₹14,000 and a full-time offer opportunity based on performance and organisational requirements.
