The work

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging visual concepts for product promotions, social media, digital campaigns, websites, and marketplace listings.
• Create polished designs for packaging, brochures, advertisements, presentations, email campaigns, and other brand communication materials.
• Work closely with marketing and business teams to translate campaign objectives into clear, attractive, and on-brand creative assets.
• Maintain consistency in typography, colour, imagery, layouts, and brand guidelines across all channels.
• Adapt designs into multiple formats and dimensions while meeting deadlines and managing several assignments efficiently.
• Stay informed about current design, wellness, beauty, and digital content trends to bring fresh ideas to the brand.

Requirements

This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Jaipur, offering a monthly salary of ₹20,000. The selected candidate will contribute directly to the visual growth and customer-facing presence of Navira herb and house.

• 1–2 years of professional experience in graphic design or a closely related creative role is preferred.
• Strong command of visual composition, typography, colour theory, and digital design principles.
• Proficiency with commonly used design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, or equivalent software.
• A portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to design for digital and marketing use cases.
• Good communication skills, ownership of deliverables, and the ability to incorporate feedback constructively.
• Interest in herbal wellness, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands will be valuable.
