The work

Responsibilities

  • Design creative posts for Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
  • Create carousels, stories, reel covers, banners, and promotional creatives.
  • Develop designs for social media campaigns and marketing promotions.
  • Work on creatives for multiple brands and adapt to different visual styles.
  • Understand client requirements and convert ideas into attractive designs.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all creatives and resize designs for different platforms and formats.
  • Collaborate with the social media and content teams, incorporate feedback, and complete revisions efficiently.
  • Stay updated with current social media design trends, visual storytelling practices, and audience engagement patterns.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in graphic design, social media design, or a related field.
  • Good knowledge of Canva. Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of typography, colours, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
  • Good creative sense, attention to detail, and the ability to create designs from concepts and references.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with effective communication and teamwork.
  • Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
  • Candidates must submit a resume along with their portfolio or design samples. A portfolio is mandatory for shortlisting.
