The Fundraising / Donor Relations Team will support the Foundation in building lasting relationships with donors, communicating the value of its programmes, and strengthening the resources required to advance its work.

The work

Responsibilities

• Research prospective donors, philanthropic institutions, and fundraising opportunities.
• Assist with donor communications, acknowledgements, updates, and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of donor interactions, commitments, and engagement activities.
• Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, impact updates, and fundraising reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect programme information and success stories.
• Help organise donor meetings, outreach campaigns, and relationship-building initiatives.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a thoughtful, professional approach.
• Good research, organisation, follow-up, and documentation abilities.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets, presentations, email communication, and online research.
• Ability to work collaboratively, manage responsibilities reliably, and maintain confidentiality.
• This is a six-month, full-time, in-office internship based in Delhi and is unpaid.
