DubCall is building AI Voice Employees for India's lending ecosystem. Our voice agents handle EMI reminders, collections and KYC calls for NBFCs in 30+ Indian languages. We are pre-incubated at Nirmaan, IIT Madras.

We're looking for a highly organised, ownership-driven individual to join the Founder's Office and ensure our teams operate with clarity, speed and accountability.

The work

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead weekly planning, daily progress tracking and end-of-week reviews across our Marketing, Research & Outreach, and Technology teams
  • Maintain task ownership, timelines and accountability in ClickUp
  • Prepare weekly operational reports for the founders, highlighting progress, blockers and decisions required
  • Coordinate hiring, intern onboarding and day-to-day business operations

  • Strong organisational and follow-up skills with a high degree of ownership
  • Clear written and verbal communication in English and Hindi
  • Familiarity with ClickUp, Google Workspace and similar productivity tools
