The work

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations, employee documentation, and record maintenance.
• Assist with onboarding, induction coordination, attendance updates, and routine HR communications.
• Maintain accurate trackers and help prepare reports related to employee data and HR activities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support smooth execution of people-related processes.
• Handle HR information responsibly and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Compensation: Paid monthly stipend of ₹10,000–₹15,000.

• Available for a 6-month, full-time, onsite internship in Gurgaon.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.

• A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn HR operations.
• Prior experience is not required; candidates with up to 6 months of exposure may apply.
