About the Role

We are looking for a Founder’s Office Associate to work closely with our founders on high-priority business initiatives.

You will work across areas such as growth, business development, marketing, customer research, operations, and strategy, depending on what the business needs.

This is a hands-on role where you will be expected to research, analyze, make recommendations, and execute.

The work

What You’ll Do

• Work directly with the founders on business and growth initiatives
• Research markets, customers, competitors, and potential opportunities
• Identify and evaluate opportunities that could help Wise grow
• Analyze business and customer data to support decision-making
• Work with different teams to move projects forward
• Take ownership of projects from research through execution
• Support new initiatives and projects as the company grows
• Support the founders with day-to-day administrative tasks and business coordination as needed

Who they want

What We’re Looking For

• 0–1 years of experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable working with research, data, and business information
• Ability to structure information and communicate insights clearly
• Good working knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and Google Slides/PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
