Roles and Responsibilities • Create, manage, and actively engage college student communities through WhatsApp and other digital platforms. • Build and grow assigned student groups to 50–70+ members through college networks, classmates, friends, and relevant student communities. • Share updates about internships, training programs, skill development initiatives, and job opportunities. • Guide interested students through program details, eligibility requirements, and registration procedures. • Conduct online outreach, follow-ups, and engagement activities to encourage student participation. • Track group growth, outreach progress, and successful registrations. • Coordinate with the internal team and submit regular progress reports. Eligibility Criteria • Open to college students, undergraduates, postgraduates, and freshers from any academic stream. • Strong communication and networking abilities. • Familiarity with WhatsApp, social media, and online communities. • Willingness to connect with students and expand college networks. • Self-motivated, responsible, and comfortable working remotely. Internship Details • Position: Education Recruitment Management Intern • Company: SRs Adyapan Private Limited • Duration: 3 Months • Work Mode: Remote / Work From Home • Industry: Education, Student Engagement & Career Development • Stipend: ₹5,000–₹15,000 per month, performance-based Benefits and Incentives • Internship offer letter, subject to selection and company procedures. • Internship completion certificate upon fulfilling the required criteria. • Letter of Recommendation (LOR), based on performance and eligibility. • Opportunity to develop communication, leadership, outreach, and community management skills. • Exposure to student networking and career development initiatives. • Potential consideration for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO), subject to availability and company requirements. • Additional Incentive: ₹250 per successful, verified registration, subject to the applicable incentive policy. Work Expectations Selected interns are expected to grow their assigned student groups to at least 50–70+ members, share accurate information, maintain active engagement, and encourage genuine participation in relevant programs. Interns must follow company guidelines, maintain proper registration records, and achieve assigned outreach targets.
