The work

Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, employee records, and HR documentation.
• Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and follow up on pending actions.
• Support onboarding activities, internal coordination, and routine HR administration.
• Help prepare reports and contribute to employee engagement initiatives as assigned.

This is a full-time, in-office internship in Kolkata for three months, offering a monthly stipend of ₹10,000.
