We’re looking for a creative, social-media-obsessed Digital Marketing Intern to help us show up on social media in a way that actually gets noticed, through sharp content, well-shot videos, and an instinct for what’s trending before everyone else catches on.

The work

What You’ll Do

• Design social media and email campaign ideas
• Create images, flyers, videos, and illustrations that convey a message
• Shoot and edit short-form videos, reels, and behind-the-scenes content
• Write content for social media posts, promotional emails, and blogs
• Plan and design marketing campaigns
• Track social media trends and turn them into usable ideas
• Design social media engagement programs
• Plan and execute activities to increase visibility and brand awareness
• Measure and report on the results of marketing initiatives
• Support day-to-day social media management: posting, scheduling, engaging

Who they want

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine interest in social media, content, and video
• Hands-on experience with video shooting and editing (college projects, personal accounts, and freelance work all count)
• Familiarity with CapCut, VN, or similar tools
• A sharp eye for trends. You’re the person who sends reels to your group chat
• A strong sense of storytelling and visual aesthetics
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of content ideas

Skills Required

Video Editing, Video Shooting, Videography, Reel Creation, Short-Form Video, CapCut, VN, Social Media Marketing, Social Media Management, Content Writing, Content Creation, Canva, Email Marketing

• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools
• Understanding of what makes content perform on different platforms
• Real ownership of social media content, not just busywork
• Mentorship from our senior management and a small, fast-moving marketing team
• A front-row seat to how a growing startup builds its brand
• Hands-on startup experience: working to deadlines, collaborating, and multitasking across projects
• ₹10,000 monthly stipend
