About the role

The North Axis is looking for a creative, enthusiastic and digitally savvy Digital Marketing & Content Intern to strengthen our online presence, build brand awareness and execute engaging digital campaigns. You will work closely with the founding team on marketing initiatives across career guidance, education, sports, student development and community engagement. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in building a growing brand and executing real-world marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities • Manage and grow The North Axis's Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media platforms. • Plan and maintain monthly content calendars. • Create engaging posts, reels, stories and promotional creatives. • Monitor engagement, reach and audience growth. • Develop creative content, captions, blogs and promotional copies. • Create content around career guidance, student development, sports and events. • Maintain brand consistency across digital platforms. • Identify relevant trends, content formats and engagement opportunities. • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. • Support event promotions, registrations and lead-generation campaigns. • Explore organic growth strategies and digital outreach opportunities. • Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports. • Work with Canva and other content creation tools. • Coordinate with the team for marketing collateral and campaign execution. • Support the promotion of Career Compass™, Discover 7D™ and Skill Development CLUBs. Who Should Apply? • Good written communication and creative thinking. • Familiarity with Canva, Instagram and LinkedIn. • Basic knowledge of video editing is an advantage.
