About the role

If you’re trying to career-maxx, network-maxx and skill-maxx at the same time, this might be a good place to do it.

Polaris is a new-age tech school rethinking what college can look like. That also means the Brand team rarely has a boring day.

One day you could be helping run a campus event. Another day, writing campaign copy. Then coordinating with creators, working with designers, managing a community or using AI to automate something nobody wants to do manually.

The work

What you’ll be doing

  • Events, activations and campus experiences
  • Content across social, WhatsApp, email and campaigns
  • Community building
  • Brainstorming ideas that actually ship
  • Working with Design, Media, Business and Tech
  • Experimenting with AI tools and automations

Who they want

Who we’re looking for

No eligibility criteria.

  • Someone who is a doer. High ownership. Good work ethic. Disciplined. Resourceful. The kind of person who sees something that needs to be done and just gets on with it.
  • You don’t need to be good at everything. But one big plus is enough if you’re genuinely strong at it: Events / Content / Community / Social Media / Design / Content Creation / AI Automation
  • Ran a college club? Organised a fest? Built a community from scratch? Made reels that actually got views? Automated something for fun? We want to hear about it.

Also

The Polaris part

5 days in-office. Weekend events happen sometimes, and the work week gets adjusted accordingly.

  • You’ll work from our Whitefield campus with an open theatre, café, events happening regularly and a lot of interesting people walking in and out of campus. So yes, there’s plenty of network-maxxing built into the job.
  • You’ll also work closely with multiple teams, see your ideas go live, and get far more ownership than a typical internship.
