The work

Responsibilities of the Candidate

  • You will work on a close-knit and positive global team
  • You will be working and contributing to a premium product, highly valued by clients
  • You will gain valuable insight on emerging technology and M&A trends
  • You will have room for advancement and personal development.
  • Process data and apply it in an accurate manner to the database using 451 Research standards
  • Source and validate announced transactions for determination of coverage from data derived from multiple sources
  • Good understanding of public and private company financial data
  • Deliver on pre-defined daily deal entry deadlines for newsletter publishing with quality and efficiency
  • Build industry knowledge by understanding industry technology and M&A trends
  • Provides input and ideas for new and optimized methods and improvements related to the daily workflow
  • Troubleshoot problems or issues and provide support to the team
