Roles & Responsibilities • A Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in the computer systems domain is preferred. • Possess basic computer knowledge and working knowledge of MS tools • Provide product support as per the standard guidelines • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies • Experience with CCTV surveillance systems will be a plus • English communication should be good.
