Customer Engagement & Relationship Management

• Connect with customers after purchase to understand their product experience and overall satisfaction.
• Build positive, long-term relationships through timely and personalized communication.
• Proactively engage with customers to ensure a smooth and satisfying post-purchase journey.
• Address customer queries, concerns, and product-related challenges with professionalism.

Customer Satisfaction & Experience Improvement

• Encourage customers to share their genuine experiences and product feedback through appropriate platforms.
• Facilitate the collection of customer testimonials, product experience insights, and satisfaction inputs.
• Promote customer advocacy by creating positive engagement opportunities with the brand.
• Identify satisfied customers who may be willing to share their experiences with prospective buyers.
• Gather actionable insights regarding product quality, usability, packaging, delivery, and after-sales service.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and communicate them to the relevant internal teams.
• Recommend improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and the overall brand experience.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed effectively.

Customer Communication & Follow-ups

• Manage customer outreach through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other approved communication channels.
• Maintain a structured follow-up schedule to improve customer engagement and response rates.
• Ensure all customer interactions are courteous, timely, and aligned with brand communication standards.
• Maintain accurate records of customer conversations, feedback, and resolutions.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Track customer engagement, feedback collection, response rates, and customer satisfaction indicators.
• Prepare periodic reports highlighting customer sentiment, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain customer interaction databases and update relevant CRM records.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to improve the end-to-end customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer success, customer support, telecalling, or customer relationship management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and engage customers effectively.
• Good follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a customer-centric approach.
