The work

Responsibilities

• Handle customer conversations professionally through assigned communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and provide clear, accurate information about the company’s services.
• Support sales and operations objectives through timely follow-ups and effective coordination.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and escalate complex concerns when necessary.
• Work according to the assigned shift schedule and rotational weekly-off arrangement.

Requirements

The position offers a fixed annual CTC range of ₹2.5 LPA to ₹2.88 LPA, along with attractive incentives. The role requires working six days a week with one rotational weekly off. Candidates who are motivated to develop their communication, customer service, sales, and operations skills are encouraged to apply.

• Minimum qualification of 12th pass or graduation.
• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
• Good spoken communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Customer-focused attitude, professional conduct, and willingness to work in a target-oriented environment.
• Ability to work from the office in Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata, in either the 9:00 AM–6:00 PM or 12:00 PM–9:00 PM shift.
