The work

Responsibilities

• Respond to client and customer queries through approved communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
• Understand requests, share accurate information, and coordinate with internal marketing teams when follow-up is required.
• Maintain clear records of conversations, requests, status updates, and resolutions.
• Support routine client servicing activities, contribute to smooth campaign coordination, and flag recurring issues to the relevant team members.
• Represent Flexora Studio with courtesy, confidence, and a service-oriented approach in every interaction.

Requirements

This is a paid, three-month, full-time internship with a monthly stipend of ₹2,000 to ₹5,000. The intern will gain practical exposure to client communication, service coordination, and the operating rhythm of a marketing agency.

• Strong spoken and written English communication skills are essential.
• Suitable for candidates with 0–1 year of experience who are interested in client support and marketing agency operations.
• Good listening, organization, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort with email, digital communication tools, and maintaining basic records.
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work full-time from the Delhi office.
