The work

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard wedding photographers and photography studios.
• Build lasting relationships with photography partners and understand their business needs.
• Plan lead-generation initiatives, conduct market research, and identify new commercial opportunities.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations, negotiate partnerships, and close business deals.
• Work closely with Marketing, CRM, and Digital teams to improve partner acquisition and engagement.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and interaction records in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Who they want

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in weddings, photography, media, or events.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
• A self-motivated, target-oriented approach and genuine interest in the wedding industry.
• This is a full-time, on-site position based in Greater Kailash, Delhi.
