About the role

You'll counsel students on their career goals, match them with the right Maiyyam program, and drive enrolments. This is a target-driven sales role with structured training, fast growth, and a clear path to ₹6 LPA after probation.

What you'll do

  • Generate and convert leads through calls, referrals and follow-ups
  • Counsel students and understand their learning goals to recommend relevant programs
  • Pitch Maiyyam's programs to prospective students and partners
  • Schedule and conduct sales meetings and presentations
  • Work with the Sales & Marketing team on campaigns and new initiatives
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and track your pipeline

Who they want

What we're looking for

  • Graduate in any discipline (UG/PG)
  • Minimum 60% in 10th, 12th or Diploma, and 6 CGPA in UG/PG
  • Strong communication skills in English and Tamil (preferred)
  • Confidence, organisation, and the ability to perform under targets
  • Creative problem-solving and a willingness to learn

What you get

Compensation

  • There will be a PPO with 6 LPA CTC after the internship as per business requirements.
