This role is with our flagship product, Talverge - an AI-native recruitment intelligence platform transforming the future of hiring through intelligent automation and data-driven decision-making.

The work

Key responsibilities include

• Lead Stacking & CRM Management: Building, scrubbing, and maintaining high-quality target account lists within HubSpot; ensuring CRM data hygiene by updating lead stages and custom parameters.
• Market Intelligence & Research: Conducting deep-dive research to identify key decision-makers (Founders, CXOs, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Heads) across target industries and enterprise segments.
• Sales Collateral & Demo Documentation: Assisting in creating, updating, and refining sales collaterals (one-pagers, deck modifications); attending live demo calls to capture critical prospect pain points.
• Account Coordination: Managing daily business correspondence, preparing background briefs on high-priority prospects for the leadership team, and drafting crisp email/LinkedIn responses.
• Outbound Prospecting: Be comfortable making cold calls, follow-up calls, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective clients as part of GTM and business development initiatives.

• Be a final-year student or recent graduate seeking hands-on experience in Sales, GTM, HR Tech, AI, and B2B SaaS.
