Job Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate billing records and daily reports.
• Resolve billing-related queries from patients and their attendants.
• Verify billing details, treatment charges, and patient records.
• Coordinate with insurance and TPA departments for billing and claim processing.
• Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions.
• Coordinate with the accounts and front office teams.
• Handle patient billing for OPD, IPD, and emergency services.
• Prepare and process patient bills, invoices, and payment receipts.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in hospital billing is mandatory.
• Candidates with experience in OPD/IPD billing and insurance/TPA processing will be preferred.
