The work
•
Sourcing new salary accounts from corporate base and meeting New-To-Bank targets.
•
Cross-selling banking products like Home Loans, Personal Loans, Cards, and Premier services and services to potential customers.
•
Providing clear information about the features and benefits of bank products.
•
Building and maintaining good relationships with customers.
•
Handling customer-related problems and complaints.
•
Being able to work individually or in a team.
•
Always comply to HSBC rules.

Minimum Graduate.
•
Min 2 years' experience as sales force in financial industry.
•
Financial literacy with wide understanding on bank's product range asset, liabilities and investment.
•

Has interpersonal communication skill including negotiation and salesmanship for effective selling.
•
Result oriented but always demonstrate customer centricity behavior when delivering the work.
•
Able to communicate well in English and local languages.
