The work

Responsibilities of the Candidate

  • Support the assigned account management team with project initiation, coordination, and day-to-day administrative needs.
  • Develop a well-rounded knowledge of the client’s business and the competitive market to support the assigned team.
  • Deliver well-thought-out competitive tracking and analysis to internal teams.
  • Ensure all materials are prepared in advance for both internal and client meetings.
  • Create weekly status reports of all ongoing projects and speak to each project both internally and with the client.
  • Take detailed meeting notes and distribute meeting recaps to involved stakeholders.
  • Coordinate agency and client schedules and send meeting invites as required.
