WNS is hiring for the role of Senior Associate – Operations (Royalty Reporting)
The work
•
Manage royalty reporting processes and ensure timely processing of royalty accounts.
•
Create and maintain US royalty accounts in SAP.
•
Edit critical account coding, including company codes, profit centers, and related fields impacting financials.
•
Manage account linking in FDB for integration with Ariba.
•
Track recording label and licensee agreements through SharePoint.
•
Analyze agreements and prepare royalty terms data files.
•
Ensure royalty terms are accurately captured and ready for processing.
•
Administer BA confirmation processes for new projects.
•
Ensure segregation of duties and maintain SOX audit evidence.
•
Generate weekly and quarterly status reports for royalty operations.
•
Calculate and render semiannual payments to AFM and SAG-AFTRA.
•
Prepare quarterly reports for new licensees and manage pass-through payments.
•
Oversee US initial royalty statement portals.
•
Troubleshoot registration issues and validate vendor codes.
