• Contact prospective customers by phone and explain relevant life and health insurance products.
• Understand customer requirements, address initial questions, and guide interested prospects through the next steps.
• Achieve assigned calling, lead-conversion, and sales targets through consistent follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, follow-ups, and outcomes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support documentation and smooth customer onboarding.
• Deliver a professional customer experience while following approved sales processes and communication standards.

This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Sector 59, Noida. The salary range is ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month, with additional incentives linked to performance.

• Prior experience in telesales, insurance sales, banking products, or a related customer-facing sales role is preferred.
• Good spoken communication and active listening skills.
• Strong sales orientation with the ability to work toward targets.
• Comfort with handling customer objections and making structured follow-up calls.
