The work

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers and present products or services clearly.
• Understand customer needs, respond to questions, address objections, and guide interested prospects toward conversion.
• Maintain accurate lead records, update call outcomes, and complete timely follow-ups.
• Work toward individual and team targets while ensuring courteous and professional customer interactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support order processing, customer queries, and issue resolution.
• Share regular updates on calling activity, lead status, conversions, and pending follow-ups.

Who they want

Requirements

• Applicants with 6 months to 5 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, customer support, or a related field may apply.
• Strong verbal communication, active listening, persuasion, and follow-up skills are required.
• Candidates should be comfortable working with targets and using basic computer applications to maintain records.
• A customer-oriented attitude, confidence on calls, and a willingness to learn are important.
• This is a full-time, in-office position based in Dwarka Sector 7, Delhi.
• The fixed monthly salary is ₹20,000, with additional incentive potential that may allow total earnings of up to ₹40,000, subject to performance.
