The work

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to warm leads generated through WhatsApp, social media, and digital campaigns.
  • Present healthcare and wellness products clearly, explaining their features, benefits, and value to prospective customers.
  • Understand customer needs, respond to questions, build rapport, and guide interested prospects through the sales process.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, conversion, and sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records covering customer interactions, call outcomes, follow-ups, and pipeline status.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and provide a smooth customer experience from initial contact through closure.

Requirements

  • One to three years of experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, or a related customer-facing sales role; healthcare telesales experience is preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication, active listening, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
  • A positive, energetic, and target-oriented approach to sales.
  • Comfort using smartphones, CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, and other digital communication tools.
  • Minimum high school diploma; graduation in any stream is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing follow-ups and activity targets reliably.
