The work

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce relevant SaaS products or services.
• Understand customer needs, answer basic questions, and share accurate information about available offerings.
• Maintain clear records of calls, conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes in the assigned system.
• Coordinate with the internal team by sharing useful customer feedback and escalating queries that require additional support.
• Follow up professionally with interested contacts and help keep the lead pipeline organized.

• Comfort with making regular calls and documenting information accurately.
• Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn internal tools quickly.

• This is a remote, part-time, unpaid internship for a duration of 2 months.
