The work

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical assistance to customers, users, and internal stakeholders.
• Receive, investigate, prioritize, and resolve support requests within agreed timelines.
• Diagnose equipment, software, connectivity, and operational issues using structured troubleshooting methods.
• Record incidents, solutions, follow-up actions, and service updates accurately.
• Escalate complex or recurring issues to the relevant technical teams and track them through closure.
• Assist with installation, configuration, testing, maintenance, and routine system checks.
• Contribute to support documentation and process improvements that enhance service quality.

Requirements

This is a full-time, in-office Support Engineer opportunity offering a monthly salary of ₹25,000 to ₹40,000. Candidates who enjoy solving technical problems and delivering dependable user support are encouraged to apply.

• ITI diploma qualification is required.
• Applicants should have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in technical support, field support, equipment support, or a related function.
• Good troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple service requests, work independently, and collaborate with technical teams.
• Willingness to work from Coimbatore or Chennai.
