The work

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems, APIs, and services supporting the platform's hiring infrastructure.
• Build and optimize intelligent candidate-matching capabilities, core product features, and real-time telemetry dashboards.
• Engineer reliable data flows between user sandboxes, university ledgers, and enterprise hiring pipelines.
• Work closely with the Founder's Office and product stakeholders to translate business priorities into robust technical deliverables.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and uphold standards for security, performance, reliability, and maintainability.

This is a hybrid role based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, offering an annual compensation range of ₹7,00,000 to ₹8,00,000. The position provides high visibility, direct influence on product and engineering decisions, and strong opportunities for accelerated career growth.

• 2 to 3 years of professional experience in full-stack or backend software engineering.
• Strong command of modern technologies such as the MERN stack, Python, or Laravel, along with SQL and/or NoSQL database systems.
• Experience designing complex APIs, workflow automation tools, or scalable B2B SaaS platforms.
• Sound understanding of system design, debugging, clean coding practices, and production deployment.
• An execution-focused problem solver who takes ownership from concept through implementation and delivery.
