We are looking for a Backend Developer with strong coding fundamentals and hands-on experience using AI coding agents like OpenCode and Claude Code to build reliable and scalable backend systems.

The work

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services and REST APIs.
• Design, manage, and optimize PostgreSQL databases and queries.
• Handle business logic and third-party API integrations.
• Use AI coding agents for development, debugging, testing, and refactoring.
• Review AI-generated code for quality, security, and performance.
• Debug issues and maintain production applications.

Who they want

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Good hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, SQL, and database design.
• Experience building REST APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Proficiency in Git/GitHub.
• Hands-on experience with OpenCode, Claude Code, or similar AI coding agents.
• Ability to understand, validate, and take ownership of AI-generated code.
