The work

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end creation of content for YouTube Shorts, long-form videos, Instagram Reels, and Stories.
Write concise, compelling scripts that turn complex product management concepts into clear, high-retention stories.
Manage day-to-day social media activity, respond thoughtfully to comments, and encourage meaningful community conversations.
Create SEO-friendly YouTube titles, descriptions, and tags to improve discoverability and organic reach.
Collaborate with design and product teams so content supports upcoming program launches and communicates the right message.
Track digital trends, trending audio, and platform formats, then propose timely ideas for campaigns with strong viral potential.

Excellent written and verbal English communication, with strong scriptwriting ability.

Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or basic video-editing tools.
Understanding of YouTube and Instagram algorithms, content formats, and growth practices.
