The work

Responsibilities

Set up and manage LinkedIn Ads, Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, and Google Ads under supervision.
Build B2B audiences using industries, job titles, company sizes, and locations.
Conduct A/B tests across creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages, and document the results.
Maintain UTM links, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and GA4 goals to support reliable campaign tracking.
Monitor daily spend, cost per lead, lead quality, CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversion rate, escalating issues early.
Prepare weekly performance reports with clear observations and recommendations.
Collaborate with design and content teams to brief new ad creatives.
Ensure advertisements follow approved claims, messaging, and compliance guidelines.

Requirements

This is a six-month, fully remote internship with Monday-to-Friday working days. The selected intern will receive a stipend of ₹12,000 per month, mentorship on campaign strategy, a certificate, a letter of recommendation, and an opportunity to be considered for a full-time role. The intern will report to the Senior Marketing & Sales Manager.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with at least one advertising platform through personal, academic, freelance, or professional projects.
Comfort with campaign metrics and numbers, including CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversion rate.
Working knowledge of Google Analytics and spreadsheets.
Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification is a plus.
Strong curiosity, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to communicate findings clearly.
