About Dr.CURA+

Dr.CURA+ is a new clinical skincare brand built for Indian skin and Indian weather. We start with the problems people have most, like acne, oily skin and dark spots, and solve them with simple regimes backed by real proof instead of hype. We're getting ready to launch on Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, Blinkit and Zepto. You'll help build the brand's social presence from day zero.

The work

What you'll do

• Plan and run Instagram, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn: build the content calendar and handle posting, captions and hashtags.
• Turn skincare science into simple, scroll-stopping content: ingredient explainers, "Step 1 → Step 2" regime videos, myth-busters, before/after concepts.
• Script and shoot reels, often on your phone: routines, product demos, unboxings, trending formats.
• Write in English and Hinglish so we speak to buyers in Tier 1 through Tier 3 cities.
• Help with creator and dermatologist collaborations: shortlist micro-influencers, write briefs, track deliverables.
• Manage the community: reply to DMs and comments, and flag common skin questions to the product team.
• Track performance every week (reach, saves, shares, follower growth) and suggest what to double down on.
• Help with launch campaigns and marketplace creatives (A+ content, thumbnails).

Also

You're a fit if you

• Live on Instagram and Reels and can explain why a post went viral.
• Write sharp, short copy and are comfortable on camera, or at least behind it.
• Can edit in CapCut, InShot or VN, and design in Canva. Basic Premiere or After Effects is a bonus.
• Care about skincare and know (or want to learn) the difference between Niacinamide and Salicylic Acid.
• Respect facts: no fake claims, no copy-paste from competitors.

Eligibility

Final-year students or fresh grads (2025/2026), any stream. Mass Comm, Marketing, Design or Life Sciences preferred. Must be available full-time, in-office in Gurugram, for 6 months starting immediately.

• A personal page or portfolio with some traction.
• Basic idea of Meta Business Suite and Instagram Insights.
• Awareness of ASCI influencer-disclosure guidelines.
