The work

Responsibilities

• Engage with Spanish-speaking customers through inbound and outbound communication channels.
• Understand travel preferences, budgets, itineraries, and service expectations to recommend suitable options.
• Convert qualified enquiries into bookings while maintaining accuracy across fares, schedules, policies, and customer information.
• Provide timely assistance before, during, and after the booking process, resolving concerns with professionalism.
• Achieve assigned sales, conversion, revenue, and service-quality targets.
• Maintain clear records in internal systems and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth fulfilment.

Requirements

Experience: 1+ years

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in travel sales, international customer service, reservations, or a related role.
• Strong spoken and written Spanish communication skills, along with effective English communication.
• Confidence in consultative selling, objection handling, negotiation, and customer relationship management.
• Good knowledge of travel products, booking processes, and customer-service practices is preferred.
• Comfort working in a target-oriented, fast-paced environment from the Noida office.
