Job Description

• Lead, manage, and motivate the telesales team to achieve sales targets.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and close deals.
• Monitor daily calling activities, follow-ups, conversions, and team performance.
• Train team members on sales techniques, customer handling, and objection management.
• Track sales KPIs and prepare daily and monthly performance reports.
• Ensure consistent follow-ups and improve overall team productivity.

Requirements

• Any Diploma or Graduate.
• 1–3 years of experience in telesales or sales, preferably with team-handling experience.
• Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
• Proficiency in Hindi/Urdu and Telugu is mandatory.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of managing a team effectively.
• Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
