Annoor Test Lab & Engg Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Account Manager to strengthen its finance and accounting operations. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to accurate reporting, disciplined financial control, and effective coordination across business functions in Vijayawada.

The work

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly and annual financial close process, ensuring timely consolidation, review, and submission of accurate management accounts.
• Own the preparation and interpretation of financial dashboards, variance analyses, cash-flow forecasts, and business performance reports for senior leadership.
• Design and strengthen accounting controls, approval workflows, reconciliation frameworks, and documentation standards to improve financial governance.
• Partner with business heads to develop budgets, monitor actuals against plan, explain material variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Manage working-capital visibility across receivables, payables, collections, vendor commitments, and short-term liquidity requirements.
• Lead audit readiness by coordinating schedules, supporting statutory and internal audits, responding to queries, and ensuring closure of audit observations.
• Review complex accounting transactions and contracts for appropriate treatment, risk exposure, completeness, and compliance with applicable policies.
• Coordinate with tax, banking, legal, procurement, and operations stakeholders to resolve financial issues and protect the organisation's interests.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring reports, improve data quality, reduce process gaps, and enhance the efficiency of finance operations.
• Mentor junior accounting team members, review their work, establish performance expectations, and promote a culture of accuracy and accountability.

Requirements

This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Vijayawada, offering monthly compensation of ₹35,000–₹55,000.

• MBA with a primary focus in Finance is required.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance operations, or account management.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, reconciliations, internal controls, working capital, and audit coordination.
• Excellent analytical ability, commercial awareness, numerical accuracy, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information, prioritise competing deadlines, and present clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheets is expected; experience with reporting or ERP systems will be valuable.
