The work

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the growth team on lead generation and sales development.
• Research prospective clients, identify relevant stakeholders, and organize lead information.
• Support outreach, follow-ups, and day-to-day movement of opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Connect professionally with leadership teams and client stakeholders across the company’s client network.
• Assist with preparing conversations, tracking responses, and sharing useful market feedback.
• Contribute hands-on to improving prospecting and sales processes for voice AI products.

Requirements

This is a remote, full-time paid internship lasting 2 months, with the possibility of extension depending on the quality of work, performance, and business requirements. The monthly stipend will range from ₹5,000 to ₹10,000. Interns will receive a certificate and a letter of recommendation upon successful completion.

• No prior experience is required; freshers are welcome to apply.
• Excellent spoken communication is the most important criterion for this opportunity.
• Candidates with a background in Mass Communication, English, or Literature are preferred, while strong communicators from any academic background may apply.
• Strong written communication, confidence, professionalism, and comfort speaking with senior stakeholders are essential.
• Applicants should be proactive, curious, organized, and willing to learn through practical sales and growth work.
• Interest in lead generation, business development, sales, or AI-enabled products will be useful.
