About the Role

Highspring India is looking for motivated and enthusiastic freshers to join our team as Digital Sales Consultants in the Inside Sales – E-commerce division.

The role involves connecting with online sellers and businesses, understanding their requirements, introducing relevant E-commerce solutions, and converting prospects into active clients through effective communication and consultative selling.

The work

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with potential E-commerce sellers and businesses through calls, emails and virtual meetings.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable E-commerce solutions and services.
• Promote E-commerce platform services and subscription-based solutions.
• Explain the benefits of digital selling and help sellers grow their online business.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Handle customer queries, objections and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and support.
• Stay updated with E-commerce trends, market developments and platform updates.
• Participate in training sessions and team reviews to continuously improve sales and communication skills.
