• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-up actions, and outcomes.
• Coordinate with the internal team to help move qualified opportunities through the sales process.
• Gather customer feedback and share useful market observations with the reporting manager.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and daily activity reviews.
