Muthoot Finance is inviting motivated male graduates to join its sales team as Sales Interns across Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Ambala, Amritsar, and Bhatinda. This 12-month opportunity provides practical exposure to customer engagement, field sales, lead generation, business development, and financial-services operations. Interns will receive guidance from experienced team members while developing professional sales and communication skills.

The work

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in identifying prospective customers and generating qualified leads.
• Assist with customer outreach, follow-ups, meetings, and relationship-building activities.
• Understand customer requirements and communicate relevant financial products clearly and responsibly.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and daily sales activity.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support timely processing and a smooth customer experience.
• Work toward assigned targets while following organizational policies, ethical standards, and applicable compliance requirements.

Requirements

The stipend is ₹14,000 per month for the first six months and ₹18,000 per month for the subsequent six months. After successfully completing one year, the intern may be considered for promotion to Sales Manager, subject to performance and organizational requirements.

• Graduate in any discipline with a strong interest in sales, business development, and customer-facing work.
• Good verbal communication, interpersonal, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, presentable, and comfortable working across the assigned city.
• Ability to learn quickly, maintain professionalism, and collaborate effectively with a team.
• Male candidates are preferred for this opening, as specified by the hiring requirement.
