• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, meetings, referrals, and other suitable channels.

• Negotiate appropriately, address customer concerns, and support documentation through closure.
• Maintain updated records of leads, follow-ups, pipeline activity, and sales performance.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and timely achievement of targets.

• 1–5 years of experience in sales, business development, real estate, or a related customer-facing role.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and confidently explain property offerings.
• Goal-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups.
• Comfort with local travel for client meetings and property visits in Bangalore.
• Previous real-estate sales experience will be valuable.
