Aditya Enterprises is hiring a Sales Executive!

The work

Responsibilities

  • Sell advertising space on the society app to local businesses and build a strong pipeline of prospective advertisers.
  • Identify housing societies and pitch the visitor management app to society committees, facility managers, and relevant decision-makers.
  • Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, client meetings, follow-ups, and negotiations across assigned territories.
  • Develop long-term relationships with local businesses and housing societies while meeting monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity records, share market feedback, and coordinate with internal teams to support onboarding and account growth.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, advertising sales, software sales, or a related business development role.
  • Strong communication, prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Fluency in Hindi and Marathi is required; working knowledge of English will be useful.
  • Comfort with frequent local travel and face-to-face meetings with businesses and housing societies.
  • A target-oriented, confident, and self-driven approach to selling technology and advertising solutions.
