The work

Responsibilities

• Research target accounts, identify prospects, and uncover new business opportunities.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations for prospective customers.
• Manage the sales cycle from initial outreach and qualification through negotiation and closure.
• Develop trusted relationships with decision-makers and maintain consistent follow-up.
• Keep CRM records accurate, current, and useful for pipeline tracking.
• Monitor customer needs, market developments, and competitor activity to support sales strategy.

Who they want

Requirements

• BBA degree; backgrounds in Marketing, Sales, or International Business are preferred.
• Applicants with 0–2 years of experience in sales or business development are welcome; relevant internships are a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, confidence in presentations, and an ability to engage business stakeholders.
• Resilience, ownership, curiosity, and a genuine drive to achieve goals.
• A goal-oriented, technology-comfortable mindset with the discipline to manage a structured sales pipeline.
