Responsibilities • Support lead generation activities through online research, outreach, referrals, and relevant digital channels. • Connect with prospective customers, understand their requirements, present offerings clearly, and maintain professional follow-ups. • Assist with sales tracking, pipeline updates, customer records, and regular performance reports. • Contribute to marketing campaigns, promotional content, market research, and competitor analysis. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to improve prospect engagement and help achieve team targets. • Participate in virtual meetings, training sessions, and review discussions while working independently in a remote environment. Requirements • Suitable for freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related area. • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach. • Confidence in interacting with people, following up consistently, and handling basic objections. • Good organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks and records using online tools. • Self-motivation, willingness to learn, and reliable availability for remote collaboration are essential. This is a paid, full-time internship with a monthly stipend of ₹10,000 and a duration of 6 months. The role offers hands-on learning in sales execution and marketing support while working with the Quantumard team remotely.
