The work

Responsibilities

• Identify people in your personal and professional network who could benefit from AI Raccoon, such as students, job seekers, and early-career professionals.
• Reach out through WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, and in-person conversations with a personal, honest message.
• Explain how AI Raccoon helps with interview preparation and coding support, and walk prospects through the weekly, monthly, and annual plans.
• Guide interested people through the free trial and help them complete checkout using your referral code.
• Follow up with prospects, answer questions, and keep a simple record of who you’ve contacted and where each lead stands.
• Share feedback from your conversations to help improve AI Raccoon’s messaging and product.

What you will gain: Hands-on sales and marketing experience at an AI startup, commission income in addition to the stipend, a certificate of completion, a letter of recommendation, flexible working hours, and a possible job offer based on performance.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A reasonably wide personal or professional network of people who could be interested in career or skill-building tools.
• Comfortable talking about products and asking for a sale, while respecting when someone says no.
• Honest, trustworthy, and comfortable representing a product you believe in.
• Self-driven and organized, with the discipline to follow up consistently.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets, Notion, or a CRM is a plus.
• Able to commit about 10 hours per week.
• Earn 20% of the first payment for every subscription closed through your personal referral code. Renewals and later payments do not earn commission. Commissions are paid monthly after the subscription payment clears, with sales tracked through the referral code.
