The work

Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with small and medium-sized businesses across Tamil Nadu.
• Travel within Chennai and nearby areas to meet business owners, understand their needs, and uncover growth opportunities.
• Present customised growth strategies and marketing solutions to prospective clients.
• Generate leads, conduct outreach, maintain follow-ups, and support the sales pipeline.
• Build strong relationships with prospects and communicate how the company’s services can deliver business value.
• Collaborate with the team on growth strategies, client acquisition initiatives, and marketing solutions.

This is a 3-month, full-time internship based in Chennai, offering practical exposure to sales, marketing, client acquisition, and business strategy. The intern will work in a fast-paced startup environment, take ownership of meaningful responsibilities, and learn directly through interactions with business owners and the growth team. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, outgoing personality.
• Genuine interest in sales, persuasion, marketing, and business development.
• Comfort with meeting business owners in person and travelling for work.
• Self-motivation, resilience, initiative, and a target-oriented approach.
• Ability to understand business challenges and present solutions convincingly.
• Prior sales or marketing experience is helpful but not essential; willingness to learn and a positive attitude are valued.
