Aarvix Technologies is building Sahayak, an AI-powered financial operating system designed for Indian micro, small, and medium enterprises. The platform helps local merchants automate GST invoicing, scan bills, and synchronize records with Tally. We are expanding our founding partner network across major Indian commercial hubs to make everyday financial operations simpler and more accessible for merchants.

The work

Responsibilities

• Introduce Sahayak to merchants, wholesalers, retailers, trade associations, APMC communities, and local business networks.
• Explain the Founding Member Starter Pack, priced at ₹1,000, and demonstrate its practical value for daily merchant operations.
• Generate qualified leads, conduct merchant onboarding, support activations, and maintain accurate follow-up records.
• Work independently across assigned local markets while using flexible field-based and remote methods to achieve activation targets.
• Build trusted relationships with merchants and share feedback that can improve product adoption and local growth campaigns.
• Participate in fast-paced 14-day activation sprints and pursue the opportunity to progress into City Growth Lead roles.

Requirements

This is a full-time contract opportunity with monthly earning potential of ₹20,000–₹25,000, plus performance-linked upside. Payouts are made weekly through UPI or bank transfer. High performers who complete 50 or more activations during a 14-day sprint may be considered for City Growth Lead positions offering a fixed base salary, performance incentives, and ESOPs.

• Strong local-language communication, confidence in face-to-face selling, and a self-starting attitude.
• Prior field sales, merchant onboarding, account acquisition, or local business development experience is preferred; motivated freshers and commerce students or graduates may also apply.
• Existing connections with local wholesale markets, trade associations, APMC mandis, retailers, or merchant communities are valuable.
• Experience with merchant-focused businesses such as Paytm, BharatPe, PhonePe, Khatabook, Vyapar, or JioMart is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a contract role and consistently follow through on leads and activations.
• Working knowledge of basic business, commerce, accounting, or taxation concepts is helpful.
